​"My personal training sessions with Andrea were active and knowledge informed as to how to assist me in my quest for both cardio and physical well being. My goals were to lose more of my stomach and built up physical strength in my arms and chest area which also included my whole body. Since dealing with Andrea my physical shape sharpened up which also caused a emotional well being of self esteem as I started to be what I wanted to achieve. Andrea was absolutely professional in all that she taught and said. Her knowledge as a personal trainer was superior. Any questions about the physical body she had a answer to. Our relationship was both fun and serious at the same time. She came to work to see results in you but could be easy and carefree till it was time for the next exercise. She motivated me to do my best.
My favourite exercise was learning to stretch before working out as my other trainer has never taught me this requirement.Things were kept fresh and new by always trying something different in the workout stage.I was taught about what to eat and more important to me what not to eat so that my body doesn't have to get rid of useless calories.
I personally would recommend Andrea to friend or enemy if they wanted a good fitness trainer. She could be my trainer for a long time. My training exceeded what I thought I was going to get and appreciated it.Thanks Andrea for all your personal training for me. It was well worth the money. It was a financial investment that will continue to pay years later with better fitness."

"I came into this experience feeling nervous and anxious about challenging myself in this way. Andrea put me at ease right away and was nothing but supportive and encouraging.To lose weight, improve endurance and overall fitness level. Andrea was really focused on my goals and we would weigh in regularly so I could see my progress. This was really motivating to me. In the time you saw Andrea, I've lost 12 pounds and can see physical changes in my body. I'm feeling stronger, more energetic and motivated. She was always professional. The workouts were fun! We laughed a lot yet she would also push me to work hard and finish strong. My favourite exercises were Box jumps and weight lifting. It was always different. I appreciated the diversity as I can get bored easily. I learned about nutrition, goal setting, and my natural tendencies and habits (posture, etc) to correct. I would recommend Andrea to my friends/family. I appreciated that she often solicited feedback like if I was enjoying the sessions, if I had any feedback for her and what my favourite exercises were, etc. I really enjoyed that dialogue.Thanks for everything Andrea!!!"

“My personal training experience with Andrea was extremely helpful and fun. Apparently most of my weight lifting techniques were wrong, such as squads and she corrected me on everything. I had alreadly lost 18 pounds before the personal training with her, but she helped me with core work and weight training. I am stronger now because before personal training I would only work on cardio but now I mix things up. Andrea was very professional, she was always on time and had a good attitude. I had always been competitive and I liked the challenged and I liked being pushed. For cardio my favourite exercise was the box jumps because I like to jump. For weight training I liked the inclined bench press. Each week the exercises were different, which I liked because it won't get boring. I learned that I eat too much junk food. She recommended some protein powder shakes and this helped me a lot because it gave me energy through out the day.I would recommend Andrea because I believe she knows what she is talking about. She is also very likeable and easy to work with. I had been a member with Fitness World for 22 years and never wanted personal training. She convinced me to give it a try and I did not regret my decision. I actually enjoyed every minute of it. I believe Andrea was an asset to your company. For me she convinced me to not only work on cardio but weight training too. She knew that I disliked lifting weighs and she would create other exercises for me to work on. I can be very stubborn and it was hard for me change my work out routine. I was about to renew my personal training with Andrea but since she is no longer there I will not be renewing. I believe the Brentwood manager and Andrea should work out their differences because this should not be affecting the customer.

My training experience with Andrea was totally what I expected. I see her 3 days a week she kicks my ass in a good way and I consistently lose weight every week, She is an awesome trainer. My goal is to lose weight and she helped me set mini goals to achieve my larger goal of getting into the 100s and being fitter. I had a bit of a rocky start but once I got used to meeting Andrea 3 times a week I found my energy levels improved and my waist get smaller. I know I am stronger and smaller all because of seeing andrea and working hard! Andrea was always professional and considerate of my fitness needs and always patient. I never have had any problems with how she trains me or how she has treated me which has always been with respect. She is a really great trainer! I would say our relationship was motivational, fun and caring, I have had a couple break downs at the gym and she always makes me feel less embarrassed and will change my program to accomadate my mood, body aches or just general needs. I feel like I can trust her.
6. What were your favourite exercises? (Describe if you don't know the name) Probably arm exercises hahahah all other exercises I have really struggled with due to my size, but Im working away at it!
7. What kind of exercises/activities did your trainer do with you to keep things fresh and exciting?Andrea made a special birthday workout for me when I was in on my day she also switched things up a bit by making obstacle courses or letting me got to the ladies area if I felt uncomfortable in front of some people some days.
8. In the time spent with Andrea, what are some things you learned? (nutrition tips/learning about yourself) I learned that even though I am out of shape and feel like a bit of a mess at the gym that I am still making steps towards my goals. Andrea always gives me lots of work out tips, supplement ideas and food ideas every day I see her she is a wealth of knowledge.
9. Would you recommend Andrea to your friends/family? I would recommend Andrea to anyone I know she is a joy to have as a trainer and she gets results!
10. If so, how did Andrea exceed your personal training expectations? I came into this very sceptical that I could improve my health and because of her I am improving every day and now believe in myself!
11. Any other comments/questions? Thank you Andrea for being a really great trainer!!!! And thanks again for cold calling me and getting my butt to the gym again after a lot of years! My smaller bod thanks you too!!!!
